This past Wednesday, May 7th, two of our talented musicians competed at the District 8 Solo and Ensemble Festival held at Southwood High School.
We are thrilled to announce that Senior James Taylor and Sophomore La’Jaiden Layton earned a Rating ONE ‘Excellent’ for their Tuba Duet of the classic hit ‘Stand by Me’ by Ben E. King. Both students were awarded medals for their outstanding performance.
